The Global Summit is vital to catalyze sustainable development in the Himalayan region. It brings together global thought leaders, policymakers, scientists, and communities for collaborative dialogue. The summit serves as a platform to showcase region-specific innovations and solutions. It accelerates progress toward achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in fragile mountain ecosystems. Interdisciplinary exchange fosters resilient strategies for climate adaptation, livelihoods, and disaster management. It highlights the Himalayan region's role in national and global environmental security.

The exhibition will unite NGOs, grassroots organizations, and community representatives from the Himalayan region to showcase their work, stories, and innovations.
The Photo Exhibition is a heartfelt initiative of Himalaya Calling 2025 to visually capture and celebrate the profound connection between people and the Himalayas. Organised as part of the broader summit, this exhibition brings together photographs taken by students, faculty members of UPES, and summit participants, offering a unique mosaic of perspectives, stories, and reflections.
5 km mini-marathon during Himalaya Calling 2025 would serve as a powerful symbol of unity, energy, and commitment toward the Himalayan cause. It offers a unique opportunity for participants to physically connect with the landscape, reminding us that the Himalayas are not just to be studied, but experienced and respected. The run can highlight key summit themes such as sustainability, resilience, and collective responsibility, all while promoting wellness and community spirit.
