Human rights in fragile ecosystems are under increasing threat as climate change drives migration and displacement, disrupting lives and livelihoods. In vulnerable regions like the Himalayas, environmental degradation not only endangers biodiversity but also deepens social and economic inequalities, demanding urgent, rights-based climate action.
